HNS Operations:

HNS is operating at regular hours.


Contracted Payors:

At this time, contracted health care plans remain in operation, although you should expect delays in the adjudication of your claims. Also, there are delays in their responses to claims inquiries. As many inquiries require contacting the payor, to resolve, this may result in significant delays in HNS' response to your claim inquiries.


Staff Compensation / New Law in effect 4/1/2020:

Make sure you are aware of and understand your legal responsibilities resulting from the new laws recently signed by President Trump concerning the requirements of payment of "Emergency Paid Sick Leave" and "Emergency FMLA" to your staff who may have to miss work due to illness, day care issues, etc.
