HNS Code of Conduct

HNS Policy

Contracted health care professionals must adhere to the HNS Code of Conduct (below) and to generally recognized standards of medical and professional ethics and the ethical and professional standards set forth by their respective licensing board.

1. We will conduct ourselves in a professional manner and in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations, HNS policies and the policies of HNS’ contracted payors.
2. We will conduct ourselves in a manner consistent with generally accepted ethical principles and the ethical guidelines issued by state licensing boards.
3. We will perform our professional responsibilities diligently, in good faith, in the absence of conflicts of interest, and to the best of our ability.
4. We will treat all those we serve with respect and the highest degree of professionalism.
