HNS Policy
Contracted health care professionals must cooperate fully with any quality and/or compliance investigations initiated by HNS, HNS’ Health Benefit Plan Sponsors, and/or a governmental agency and/or as otherwise provided by law.
Contracted healthcare professionals must accept as final the decisions of HNS or of any of its committee regarding the outcome of any investigation.
